"Dear Sirs,
It is my deep regret to inform you that I have made a major mistake.
After speaking to Mr. Partel, he has pointed out that he is not against the decision to give Cologne more time to prepare their roster because of heir late entry to the Tournament.
My mistake was to not communicate this information to both the Graz and  Bergamo teams and the reasons why.
I ask both Cologne and Bergamo how we can move ahead? I was only trying to speed the process and to not hinder any of the parties after all of the problems that have occurred already.
I deeply regret the inconvenience this has called to any of the parties.I am now in a position as per the understanding of Bergamo that Cologne was  given special treatment outside what the regulations stipulate. In the acts I took for Cologne was to give them two weeks time frame from March 8th  (upon receipt participation approval by their Federation) to submit a Final roster. This was completed in the timeframe.
However, the problems that have occurred have been further compounded with the computer crash we had last week which hindered communication to all parties.
It is imperitive that both team agrre to move the game to another date or  come up with a solution to the problem between themselves, however, it is vital that you notify Mr. Bill Bowsher and the game officials should a new date be arranged.I do hope that the game will go ahead as planned this weekend and that the conflict be resolved on the field and not amongst administrators.
Mr. Partel would like to be informed of your resolution to the problem at hand immediately, because he would like to be the neutral game observer at the game.
Again, I would like to apoligize to both teams for the decision I have took on the above issue and hope that we come to a friendly solution so that the players can play the game.
Kind regards,

Russ Nehmer
Tournament Coordinator"

Giovanni Cantu' - Presidente FIAF "

Huddle ringrazia Linoski per le informazioni.
